8 months old!

Bug turned 8 months today! He's basically crawling (and will perfect that soon), he says mama constantly, and loves to be busy! He is still a constant blessing and we are ready for more blessings in our life as well! ;)

Caleb loves, i mean loves, cheetohs... He also loves his mommy! He says mommy constantly now. I had a mary kay meeting last night and Colton told me when I got home that when Caleb got tired he starting crying mamamamamama! I'm not gonna lie... I kinda like it! I think the older he gets the more he looks like me!

I am so blessed!

This was what I got to see this morning as I finished up some housework and got ready for the day. This is the scene almost every morning. Colton has quiet time and Caleb has breakfast and I eat and have quiet time as well. We had praise music in the background, but when I got up to clean up the dishes I was just caught up in the moment of how blessed I am that I have a Godly man who leads our family with God as his leader to start our mornings off right. And that I have a precious baby boy who is happy all the time and just THE biggest blessing I could ever have asked for. I can't even put into words how thankful I am for my sweet, precious family! I love our happy home, I love little moments like this when I am reminded what this life is all about! I am so thankful!this was Caleb last night in the bathtub... he was growling at his toys!

MY GOD IS SO BIG!!!

So I love more than anything to give amazing testimonies and here is another one! We are faithful tithers and this year God has tested us in BIG ways with are money to give over and beyond a normal tithe but to also give offerings. This came at a time when we really had to trust God with me quitting my job to stay home and adding sweet Caleb to the mix of finances. However we gave every time God told us to and He has been faithful to never let us down anytime! This is the biggest though! I just got a call from the doctor who put in my IUD. It was put in wrong and that is what caused us to have to have surgery. Anyways she is going to cover all of our medical expenses because of the mistake! That is over $20,000! Words can not express how amazed I am by our wonderful God!!!!

Harley Dude!!!!!!!

Uncle Rick and Aunt Camielle gave Caleb a Harley Shirt and Caleb finally grew into in so I wanted to get some pics for them! This is the closest we have to a Harley bike so we used it as a prob! haha He's even got the big belly to make his biker style!

ITS OFFICIAL!

It's official... I am a Texas Tech student again! I only have 19 hours untill I will have a bachelors degree from a DIVISION 1 UNIVERSITY!!!!!!!!!! Then I will be an expert mom and graduate!!! Thanks Colton for letting me go back to school, paying for it, and watching Caleb so I can finish up my last semester or 2 of college! yay yay yay

It's a Gala!!!

So Colton's job has its perks and last night we were invited to attend a gala to support an organization called Operation Hope! You were supposed to dress up in fancy clothes and go dancing and have a steak dinner! Colton took me dress shopping, then I got mystic tan, then my beautiful friend sara did my hair and makeup! What a fun night!!!!
