My Bug!
We had a GREAT weekend. On Friday we watched a movie and Monica came over and we just had a lot of fun. I don't know what I would do without Monica. She has adopted me into her family and taken me in as one of her own children. I love her with all my heart! Anyways on Saturday morning we went to Floydada to get our big selection of pumpkins (and the pumpkin to take Caleb's picture in) and pick up Jack for the BIG game. Then we all came back over here to watch the longhorns again prevail as usual! Then Jack and Darla went to church with us for a really big and important Sunday in our lives! Then we went back to Floydada for a while then came home to watch the Cowboys play and now I want to roll into bed!!! Here are the best bathtime pics EVER! I couldn't believe how awesome they turned out! He is just the best natured baby boy! I really can't remember my life without him. I'm glad of that b/c it is much better now with him in it anyway!!! This pic wins for the night though! Something made him want to talk!
serious during bath time...
a little curious of mom with the camera snapping away!
those are some hairy legs holding him up. (ha colton)
he has been trying sooooo very hard lately to suck his thumb. I think he is about to succed!
splashing around! I'm so excited b/c on the 17th of October we are going on a big family vacation to Oklahoma to go to the Zoo and do lots of other cool things! Then in May we are going to Six Flags and the water park with the family again. Caleb will be a little over 11 months so we should have a blast!
If you haven't got to see him lately please come see us!!!! You won't believe how much he has grown!!! (grammy and poppy! We miss you already!)

Love
So tonight as I tucked Caleb in to sleep, I was holding his hand and rubbing his head as he drifted off to night night! And as I watched him I realized what true love is. True love is the love you feel when you know deep down in your heart that NOTHING Caleb could ever would cause me not to love him. I will love him no matter what. It is a love that overflows from every part of my body, mind, and spirit. I love that child and no one could hurt him without hurting me. He is more precious to me than any amount of money, food, clothing, shelter and I would do anything and everything it takes to make him happy and healthy for the rest of his life. I know now why Jesus said let the little children come to me. They are more precious than anything money could buy. The love of a parent is indescribable. I will LOVE I mean really LOVE him till the day I day. (Then I will love him from heaven untill he is with me again) Thank you God for letting me be a parent. It is the best gift you could give someone.

My little Allstar
So we made some cool BIG progress today! Caleb moved these little things from one side to the other! I know you probably don't know what I'm talking about but that's why I have a video! haha He is the smartest little boy! Ok so to describe the pictures... I made a mum for my boss's son. His girlfriend goes to Lubbock Christian High School. This is the best mum I have ever seen if I do say so myself. It is equipped with zebra bells and a boa! How cool! (sorry I forgot to turn them but I figured you really didn't care that much anyway) Also I have been making all kinds of things to sell in Floydada. I made bows, spoons, magnets, coasters and decopauged gourds! (I'm not sure that is correct spelling) I will try to put up some pics of my stuff in case anyone ever wants anything! So little miss artsy is going to get on with the good stuff!

Football weekend
So we had a great weekend full of football and pumpkins! (we went to see Colton's grandparents in FLoydada and got a bunch of pumpkins) We are planning on taking some SUPER CUTE fall pics of Caleb in a pumpkin! I can't wait to send them all to you. We will send them out on a postcard for your enjoyment! Anyways we started the weekend by going to the AHS game. They lost and it was sad but Caleb was sooooo good. He LOVES being outside and people watching so he was just an angel all night! Then we went to FLoydada, watched the Longhorns kick bootie (I'm a mommy now so I have to be nice during the games, or at least try...) Then came back to Lubbock for the Cowboys game and we have an Encounter service tonight! I'm excited! What a good weekend! This is my sweet baby asleep at Pa and Granny's! I thought he looked sooooo cute! Notice the monkey slippers!

Walker fun!
So even though Caleb is a little small for his walker, he loves it! He just sits and talks to Piglet and Pooh like they are old pals! One day his little toes will reach the floor and he can follow me from room to room talking about everything instead of me carrying him from room to room talking about everything! Boy we have talked about a lot. Pretty sure at like 4 months he is going to bust out into full sentences. I want to record a conversation and put it on here, but it is hard to sit him on my lap and record at the same time. However, I will try for your viewing pleasure! We are doing GREAT here! Things going along as smoothly as ever. Feeling very relaxed after a vacation. We get to go on another one in October! I think we are going back to OK city but this time we are going to the Zoo and other fun places. And the sisters are going with all the kids so we should have a blast! Anyways here are some cute pics of the babe... Talking to piglet... and drooling over her
It starting singing and I think he might have been a little afraid! haha He has some of the funniest facial expressions ever. I didn't think that I would ever say this again (especially since I am still not sleeping through the night) but I am totally ready for another one. Yep tons of kidos sounds good to me!!!! I think I would like for everyone (especially Dava) to please start refering to me as the old woman who lived in a shoe... jk I just didn't know how much I was going to love him and how much joy he has brought into our lives. I can't remember my life without him now! I think I want him to stay little forever though... hey I got my wish with Kenzie! Nobody wants to see me the first day he goes to school, yes I am one of those moms!

Good Morning!
With all our winnings from the horse races we decided to buy Caleb some toys! So we bought him the really cute walker. So in a few WEEKS (can you believe he is going to be able to use a walker in a few weeks??? :( he is getting so big) he can follow me around from room to room talking like he always does! The other toy is just a swivel thing he can play on and bounce! We also bought a new jogging stroller. We got up extra early this morning and went jogging and it was so nice and peaceful. It was a great way to start a morning. Colton and I are going to try to go every morning and evening. Colton kinda got me a professional trainer and she wants me to go for 30 min every morning. Then everything after that is bonus. She also wants me to text her what I eat so she can see how I'm doing... I don't want to text her about the big bowl of ice cream I had last night before bed though. Technically I was still on vacation until today so I don't think it counts ; )! I made up for it with a nice big smoothie for breakfast. Courtney (my trainer) will be so proud! He likes this chair b/c it supports his head and he can look around and be in the same room with you!
This chair is still a little too big for him b/c it doesn't support his neck but I'm sure he will be able to use it soon! I also bought him a cute UT wind suit on clearance but he can't wear it until he is 4... and I didn't want to take a picture of the jogging stroller b/c it is in the garage and I'm way too tired from all that running. So I am going to finish this smoothie. hop in the shower, then run to Target! Good morning so far!
